Needed part for my 18 yr. old cordless drill. 5 other sites did not have one, you did. Screwed up the on-line order. Customer service call took care of it quickly. First place I will check in the future, and thanks for the 2 rolls of smarties.

I have been looking for a switch for a 35 year old Delta Sawbuck for two years.
I finally found Kauffman Family Tool Repair. Kellie & Phil pulled a rabbit out of a hat and found the switch I was looking for. After my Harbor Freight miter saw burned up, a friend of mine offered me a Dewalt 12" for free. Said it didn't work. Being a Dewalt , I decided to investigate. Turns out it needed a new armature.
Every site I went too kept saying discontinued , not available.
After extensive searching , I came across this site. They had a matching number. After a few emails and quick responses , it was determined the part I was looking for was the one I needed and found on here.
I had a few other questions and sure enough , they were answered. Even by a phone call.
